Announcing a New Local Partner

Caravia Fresh Foods is proud to announce a new partnership with Cocoon Coffee House, Bakery & Catering company to offer fresh, locally baked goods to our customers.

The Cocoon is located in the recently refurbished Hawley Saw Mill in the Lake Wallenpaupack area of the Northern Poconos where they operate an independent coffee house and local food market. After tasting some of their delicious bread upon a visit to The Mill this fall, we approached them and a partnership was formed! We've incorporated the fabulous bread into our sandwich menu, and we will offer their bread, pastries, cookies, and more for purchase in the store. (The Fig Newton is outrageously good, the ciabatta is a game-changer, and don't even get us started on the Pecan Coffee Cake!) All homemade, all fresh. Together with Cocoon, we share a vision for fresh, local and sustainably produced quality food. We'll be sampling over the next few days in the store, so stop in and try some for yourself.
